Kira Corn

Senior Coach

“I was born and raised in Shawano, WI. As a kid I loved everything and anything that allowed me to be competitive and push myself, which led me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science. I graduated from Carroll University in 2020 with my Bachelor's in Exercise Science along with a minor in Psychology. I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Sports Medicine with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning at GSU. I am also certified through the NSCA as a TSAC-F. My goal as a trainer is to provide my clients with the tools and knowledge they need to be successful."

Sage Smith

Junior Coach

“I am originally from Augusta, GA. I graduated from Georgia Southern-Armstrong University in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in Cellular Biology and received my personal training certification from a nationally accredited program in 2021. I am an animal lover, artist, nature lover, book nerd and of course a health/fitness advocate. I would describe myself as artistic because I love sketching and playing some tunes on my electric guitar. I am also an outdoor and nature enthusiast so you might find me exploring new sights in town. I became vegetarian just over 3 years ago. If I'm not taking my adorable Dachshund on a hike, reading a new book or learning a new vegetarian recipe, I am helping people better their lives.”
